Hi RIU, I am not sure its a runt, just growing really slow. Its drooping now, and its sister is vegging good without it. If it doesn't start growing soon I don't know. Because I can only keep the light at one distance. thanks

same thing happened to me, im a little over 1 month into my first grow and 1 of my plants has grown about3-4 inches while the others have grown about 20 inches! idk what to do with the little girl.

If you have room play with it..otherwise it just uses time and effort that could be used on a strong one.

Then raise the shorter plant up to it.

You might be surprised by what you get from your runt. My little runt turned out to have the only keeper pheno from the seed pack. So while this may not be a genetic you wish to keep growing by allowing it to finish you may find yourself with some very nice smoke.

Only problem I have with rising it up, is that both plants are in the same container. So I cannot do that.

well no wonder its a runt, its being choked out by the bigger plant. try and transplant it into a bigger pot of its own and it will likely start growing

Unless you can separate the two there is not many options 1(let it grow in the same container) 2(chop it) 3(chop it and root it as a cutting?)!!
