What to do with all this poo?

I've got a 55 gal drum almost full of Chinchilla poo, and more coming weekly. I separated the poo from the bedding material, and it's just sitting there fermenting (or whatever poo does for entertainment).
How can I convert this poo to usable nutes? Vermi-compost? Just let it sit there and perk? Can Chinchilla (rabbit) poo be dried and spread like top dressing? Looking for ideas on how to cope with this "shitty" situation.

.
Sun dry a gallon of it, in a large zip lock bag, punch a dozen tiny air holes in it to let the moisture out. This sun dried poop, will make a great tea later or can be top dressed, two tablespoons per plant, every two weeks.
.
Compost the rest. Later it will make great compost tea.

Keep it Real.. Organic....

I'll third and fourth that, compost the shit. Used to get excess goat pellets from a neighbor for my compost until he moved, it's free nutrients.
