What to do with Little Bitty Buds?

Hi,

I've finally harvested the last of my plants for the year (Bubblegummer and Lemon Skunk) and while I got an excellent yield of big buds, I also have lots of little airy buds from the lower branches. I'd like to put them to culinary use, but my husband insists on saving, drying and curing them, which I think is silly.

Sooo, the question is: what do Y'ALL do with your little buds? :)

The picture is of one of my plants drying; not the mini buds.

Lol thats how i hang my plants. Ill throw ya sum +rep for that lol
Edibles never worked on me, but i always liked the idea of em.
Whatever fits ur needs really.
If u want so snakes around do that, if u wanna make hash do that.
I wouldnt smoke em tho.
And its not like u wont ever harvest again right?

I save the small ones untill I'm sure I wont need them and then make kief. I use a coffe grinder and a silkscreen to sift it into a large stainless steel bowl. Then a business card to scrape it up.

+rep, nice buds

Bubble Bags! They are a bit pricey but well worth the investment. Everything that is not finished bud, fan leaves, sugar trim, and popcorn bud all gets ground, frozen, then run through the bags a few times. Let the resulting gooey goodness dry for a bit and start making bird's nest bowls!

Ok, some of the choicer buds do get set aside to run through the Keif box, the results of which are pressed into portable little disks of wonderfulness. IOW - have fun with them, that's what you do!

Along with all the shake and trimmings, I over dry them, stick it in the freezer until I get several oz, then I make an ISO extract.

These baby buds dry much faster. I smoke these buds first because I don't want to waste any . This also will allow more time for my larger buds to dry and cure.
