Ok I will keep that in mind. I grew last year in promix and had a lot less bug issues than when I used happy frog! I swear that shit get worse every year.

PGRs come in natural forms also kelp-seaweed extracts contain a good amount.

Good point. It should be noted that "Bushmaster" was promoted as a kelp formulation that would shorten the plant, harden the buds/etc. when it first hit the scene. I first saw it as sample bottles...like 30 ml....for free at hydro stores. 2003-4. It took a few years for it to become suspect and outed that they were using the Paclo in it. There was a product from Nature's Harvest at the same time called "Fish and Seaweed Gruel" that >was< a kelp formulation that did a lot of the same stuff to the structure of the plant. Not sure if it's still in production or not.

Any cold pressed kelp has PGRs but the cold press is getting pricey I can get it here local made. Most of the bottle kelp-seaweed in shops has been cooked so it can sit on the shelf for a yr an not rot.Dry kelp meal is a solid choice lots of DIY soil guys use it for the minerals' not thinking about PGRs

blech no thanks on PGRs rock hard buds that taste like nothing. Cannabis is just like other fruiting bodies in that when you use something to enhance the size you usually will take away from other things such as flavor. Think eating a tomato that you just get off the shelf at a grocery store vs one that you grow yourself in organic soil or that at a farmers market. do that taste test and tell me you cant tell a difference... better yet use potatoes... organic potatoes have so much FLAVOR vs a regular mass produced one that just tastes like filler... because thats what it is filler. I have no science to back this up just my own taste buds.

No promotion here of PGR's....and no sermon needed. Just stating what I saw 20+ years ago in the industry. In the end, genetics play the largest role in bud density and terps... whether they are grown "organically"....or with chem ferts. The plant doesn't know the difference as long as it gets everything it needs. Ah...but that's yet another running debate...

Thing is if that organic soil your using has kelp-seaweed, Alfalfa, in it you are getting a good dose of PGRs.

Plant growth regulators are being used in the Sports and turf management area. Golf courses and stadiums. I would never consider using it on an something that you would consume. Much more scientific research is available since it is legal in the turf management area. If weed ever gets truly legal more research will begin.
