Na man, it was more like you like violence, and you kind of get off on it. Have you ever been to war? If you haven't you really shouldn't speak on "how it is" because you really have no idea.

War no. Gunfight yes. I 've been shot. I've also disarmed at least one guy who had every intention of killing me. I've seen people stabbed to death at the cockfights. My brother was stabbed in a bar fight when he was a teenager. My sister was married to a REAL biker at one time (and I wish i'd killed the sorry fuck). Ive been a bouncer at really really ROUGH bars. Been in fights with people who wanted to crack my head open and leave me for dead. I've probably seen more violence in my life than my nephew whos an army ranger with several confirmed kills. Hoo-ahh. I'm over qualified to speak on the subject of violence and cruelty. I know exactly "how it is".

You know, as much as I hate to, I have to agree with you. I see no good in the future, wars on every continent but Australia, maybe I should move there. I do have quite an arsenal that I've been building for years. Just bought a pistol that will penetrate a Kevlar vest, The .45 and the 9MM would not, this little jewel will, steel core ammo and 1500 FPS do the trick, makes it much easier to kill vest wearing individuals, no more relying on headshots, back to center mass. I have a concealed carry vest, and a permit. Being a vet, I know how to put rounds towards the enemy, never killed a man face to face, but feel capable if my life or families lives were in danger. Bing bang boom, if it's either me or him, it's gonna be him. I'm all for peace, bit if you threaten me or my family, the peace will probably be a piece of the perps body flying off. I personally hope it never comes to that. As far as I know, I have never killed anyone and I'd kinda like to keep it that way

Never shot the tokarev 33 but it doesn't look like much of a pistol. Bad grip angle looks like it'd make it hard to shoot and probably doesn't "point" naturaly, especially with the super hot round it fires. If I wanted to go up against a well armed dude with a vest I'd feel a lot better with a ak with imported ammo (steel core) or a high power hunting/sniper rifle. I guess it'd be an ok choice if your on a budget though or if your a collector.

I have all of the above, AK etc. Kind of hard to conceal though, don't you agree. If I had a choice, hell yeah, My AK trumps every weapon I have, 40rd. clips, cheap ammo, the winner hands down. I bought the TT33 for carry purposes, and collectable. The one I got was made in 1953, 56 years, old. looks like it was never fired. Bluing is still dark and unmolested. Interior is clean and unpitted. Must have Made these suckers to last. For (300.00 delivered price) and the ability to penetrate 12 layers of kevlar, not a bad deal. The grip is a little too short for my large hands, but I can adopt. I need to file the edges of the magazine, the sharp edges may cut when fired for any extended period. BTW, the ammo is steel core. BTW, in case any of you Gun philes have glock 17s 26s and a couple a more varieties, and are looking for extended clips (Magazines), Glock makes a very nice 30+rd variety that will not jam.

Yes, I already fought for everyone elses freedom, (Viet Nam, that's what they told me), now I'll be fighting for mine and my families freedom. Don't get me wrong, I'm not ready to die "today", I'm pretty sure facing immenent death would be stressful, but once one has been in a combat zone, death takes on a new meaning. One figures out that it could happen at any moment, and although stressful, fear is mostly abated. What I fear is being homeless and hungry, hopefully not a scenario I will ever have to face, I mean, where would I keep all my guns? My dad, after going through WWII, swore he would never go hungry in this country, I'm pretty sure I know what he meant.

Fellas, I'm totally with you on this, trust me, the whole fighting for freedom thing. I just really want to emphasize if something ever goes down, use your mind to your greatest advantage, that will undoubtably be the key to survival. It's not how it used to be. While keeping stocked up on weapons and ammo will be essential, it won't save your life in the long run. You need to have some sort of extended survival plan. Something to do on the large scale. I'd hate to end up like the post USSR right after the collapse, that's kinda where it looks like we're heading in a lot of ways.
