What You Think of This Seedling Grow Area

what you guys think of this plant nursery i build it under my grow table, i cleaned it and every thing and it real bright, but the florescent are only 14 w and there 6400k , is it that much worse to 6500k?

as u can see in the other pic its so warm some people think its there new diggs
