I myself don't foliar feed with kelp or anything else but if I was going to I'd just make it myself for pennies rather than buying some product that comes in a bottle for $24.99 a liter.

Dyna-Gro NEEM Oil & Pro-TeKt
My recipe for 6 liter (1.5 gallon) sprayer.
The spray combo above has worked on dozens of genetics for me and I haven't had bugs or diseases on my plants in over 6 months spraying this above mix weekly. I used to have issues with White Powdery Mildew, Fungus Gnats & Thrips (I know, eeek!)
Try to mix only what you are going to use for that spray session. Read the bottle for dosing if you plan to change up the recipe or how much water you plan to mix in.

Nitrozime and Fossil Fuel are better together! Combining a humic acid and seaweed extract can result in impressive plant growth and increased yields

- 1/2 teaspoon Pro-Tekt (Potassium Silicate, Silica)
- 1 oz Nitrozyme (Seaweed Extract, Kelp)
- 1 ounce Fossil Fuel (Humic Acid, Trace Elements, Vitamins & Minerals)
- 1 tablespoon NEEM OIL (Organic Leaf Shine, Insecticide & Fungicide) ~Dyna-GRO just doesn't pay for certifications on OMRI cause they want to keep their products affordable.
- 1/2 teaspoon dish soap or 4-5 drops. (Dish Soap helps everything blend together and the oil not float on the surface of the water)

If you want a cheaper solution you can get RAW NPK Marine Kelp and RAW NPK HUMIC+POTASH. This is a dry powder and is not noob friendly at all. You can actually over do it with kelp usually they have some amount of potassium in them.
The cannabis industry is driven by marketing which is why so many think they need products with cool names and fancy labels. None of that stuff in shiny bottles is any better than some DIY kelp meal tea.

For the cheap your best bet is buying dry soluble powdered components from NPK RAW the problem is most people don't realize those products are extremely concentrated and some of them are to be mixed at a rate of as little as 1/16th teaspoon per/gallon of water.
You pay for convenience when you get a product that has been refined, pre-blended and processed of course you will pay more.
The bottled nutrients are not a complete scam, sometimes its a thing of convenience just like how buying a coke at the gas station costs more than going to the grocery store and buying a 12 pack of coke. Also, many of these products are perfectly blended by experts with PHDs and universities backing them with real decades of research. That is frequently reflected in the price tag of the product.
An example of this is Dyna-Gro literally could certify some of their products as OMRI Organic just they don't want to do it because then their overhead is higher and then they'd have to charge more for their products.

If you're accurate at measuring go for this if you want sea kelp. I think I paid $20 for a bag and it makes 800 gallons of spray which even with a micro-commercial grow I've had the same bag spraying weekly on 36 10 gallon plants for the last 6 months or so..

I bought some clonex years ago. It worked no better than the $6 container of Miracle Gro FastRoot powder I've had for years.
For the cheap your best bet is to go to some place like customhydronutrients and buy the same stuff RAW is packaging for a fraction of the price.

I foliar spray with this product, once a week to toughen leaves for pest resistance and increase brix, not only on my cannabis grows, but fruits and vegetables as well. At $24/gallon, it cost me a whopping nineteen cents to make a gallon of spray diluting per instructions.
