I don't think it has a ton. It's loaded with micronutes and other goodies, supposedly. They sell the regular seaweed extract and seaweed with 2% iron. I'm not sure what the iron source is but it's supposed to be organic.

Edit: I went to the website and looked at the guaranteed analysis and it says the iron source is ferrous sulfate.
