That WAS funny...But seriously...Pickled beets are pretty awesome. My grandfather pickled beets when I was little, never liked 'em back then, but now I cant get enough...
Save the pickling juice. Boil some eggs. Put the eggs in the pickling juice. Place in fridge. :p

I never liked tabouleh until I went vegan. Freshly made only minutes ago is the only way to go. Persian cucumbers and mint is a must.

just roasted a little bit of rice in the pan while it was heating up, i crushed them and sprinkled on a fresh salad.

lastnight I got to work the grill for a small party of about 45 - 50 people.. I can honestly say I was so proud prepping, cooking, serving and watching everyone consume food I made for them. even had my iPhone on the side watching netflix the entire time lol and since I was chef all night, guess who got ALL the leftover meats, chicken salad, pastries, potato salad, bags of chips and more.. munchies for days bitches!!

oh.. and the complements were outstanding!! some even asked me to grill for future events.. can't wait :bigjoint:

but to answer the question - What's For Dinner Tonight? - many many delicious leftovers.. yee!!
