So my baby's are growing so fast I have them in red solo cups the roots are coming out of the bottom already was trying to find out what time is best for Transplant early in the AM or in the night any suggestions?

IMO it doesn't really matter what time of the day you transplant, it is more important to take into consideration that transplanting one day after watering will make the pot let loose easier and less of a pain.
Now it would be a great time to use some of that mycos that some people spread over the roots, I've never used them personally but I've been hearing it helps the transition occur faster.

outdoor early and cover to avoid shock and wilt from direct sunlight, I go to bed early.

My broski told me it’s best to wait until precisely 2:07pm est. So you must convert the time zone to match or else all transplants not in accordance will fail.

This is vital. My broski heard it from a old guy at the hydro store and it’s basically science. Watch them explode with growth if you follow this method.

Hope this helps.
