I have a 6.5x6.5 mylar tent with 2 1000w cool tubes with the big wings ..right now i have 16 , 5 gallon buckets in there but I'm thinking 4 , 3x3 flood tables would fit real nice but I've never done hydro so what would be the best way to go? about how much will a good set up cost if i go right to the nearest hydo shop and buy it keep in mind i have nothing for hydro except nutrients , timers, and PH up and down.. and no experience so it needs to be fairly easy....thanks

Use a flood table, but instead of using hydro, use a bunch of 1 gallon containers filled with whatever soil mix you are used to. Put rooted clones into the 1 gallon containers, veg for 1 week, then switch to 12/12. Don't top or LST. Water and feed like you normally do with your normal soil. Each plant will only yield a little more than an OZ, but since there are so many of them, you will yield more. And you will veg for way less time. You just need a separate area for mothers and clones.

How is it harder? If anything I'd think it would be easier.
2ftx3ft concrete mixing tubs at home depot are about $13. You can easily fit 4 plants in one.
You will need the following:
1/2in Fill/drain fittings, usually about $7 for a fill and overflow fitting kit.
Barbed Tee and Elbow fittings
1/2" hose/tubing.
Submersible pump. Probably 400gph (or more)
Large totes work well for reservoirs. NOT TRANSPARENT.
Grow Medium
Hydroponic nutrients

If you have the 5 gallon buckets just start with DWC, get your self some air stones a pump and net pots and your off. I for one was very very pleasantly surprised by amount of growth in DWC.
i did 10 5gal buckets with net pot lids before i had an air stone in each bucket but i want more auto feed with just 1 res to look at and change out +rep to beagle thanks i'll go look at those tubs ,i have a good pump and an air pump i'm leaning toward fllood tables still if those 2x3 tubs look good i can do 2 sets of 3 so what size do the reservoir's need to be for 3 of those tables?
