I'm running 32k lumens currently. Which is plenty for me..

Well if you prefer to measure the plants photosynthetic activity, be our guest. But unless your a botanist, lumens are an acceptable way to measure how much light is getting to a plant.
And to be productive 10,000lm per square foot is ideal, a dark closet with the door cracked open will grow a plant. I suggest 23 or 42 watt cfls within 3 inches of foliage, the amount of lights depends on the size of your plant.

I have a model 7020 75 watt 120v 60hz 17w 300mA grow light..will this be enough lumens for one plant? the light bulb is 24 inches long
