I'm living in San Jose right now but I'm looking into buying a house in the Reno area.how hard is it to get ur card up there because in Cali anyone can get one.And what's the medical marijuana scene like out there in

I can tell what I know. I live in reno and have a nv mmj card. You can get one for many different reasons, but not as easy as cali. Mostly the same reasons as cali, but must be legitimate. Chronic pain, wasting syndrome, ect. You are only allowed 7 plants, 3 of which may be budding. I run one mom, three veg and three bud. Hope that helps. Any more q just ask

^^^ thats true, also there are no real, legal despensaries out here. there are some around me (in vegas) but they operate illegally and get busted all the time. there is nothing in the mmj statute that that allows for them, or any transfer between people with cards. This is a grow your own state, so that cuts down on how open the scene is. It's not like you can go to the weed store like you can in cali.

God bless you MMJers. Doing shit according to the Government's will as long as you get your pain relief is a noble game to play. I like my weed sacks illegal.
You know whats even more fucked up then being limited to 7 plants?... Getting busted with 8-99 plants. Don't buy it, don't fall for it, the 99 plant affidavit has already been shot down in NV courts, not to mention it puts you on file as having the affidavit, which is a great way to get raided. Perpetual grow only what you're legally allowed, crop no more then what you're going to be allowed to have dried, that's what i do here, and that's the only way to stay within NV law as it currently is IMO.

There is an updated version the the "waiver" as it is referred to, which is only to help build an affirmative defense, it is not a legalally binding document. When you do get a waiver, it is just notarized, where would you be on file as having one? Only with you Doctor?
What court cases have been shot down with it, so you have an example?
My wife and I both have our cards and a "49" plant waiver that basically states that our physician determines that a in order to mitigate our symptoms using EDIBLES we must be able to grow up to 49 plants.

So what the best way to utilize the 7 plant rule let's here some ideals!!! JB
I flower in a tent and veg in my closet with an LED. When the 12/12 lights are on, I put the veg flowers in there so they get a different spectrum for a few hours. I grow from seed , a few weeks before flowering I take a few cuttings which are usually ready to go 4-6 weeks later and the process is repeated.. With the allowed 3 in flower, you should have enough meds for yourself . It's a lot of work at times and a real pain in the ass but we have to make the most of what we've got.. I think in another post someone asked about humidity. The meds in the pic were grown in 20-30% humidity the whole grow.. They definitely help in veg but not so much in flower. Hope this helps
