You just really need a good light for it. Get it on an 18 hours on/6 hours off schedule. And look into nutrients to feed it. Google a little.. search thru the threads here. Lots of info already discussed on here.
Should I give nutes now.? I just transplanted and added some root growth.

I haven't used that before, but that won't get you by. You need some Nitrogen-Phosphorus-potassium feed with proper ratios.

This can probably get you by - but i'd get the quart size of all 3. They are around 30-40usd for the set.

What's up with the green light?

Oh the green light .. that’s for night time when I need to mess with it. Since I just got yesterday I haven’t used nutes. I have been using the fox farm trio.
My boy said. It’s been going for about 3 months. No nutes. Just over watered and no light. Only leaves he removed where the first leaves after they dried out.
I did give it some water earlier today.
But since I just got it, should I give nutes now or wait a week, and wait until it get adjusted to the new soil?

Unsure about what may be in the soil. Do you get run off when you water?
You should be watering on something elevated above the trays. I would test the PPM of the run off to see how much is in the soil. Of course the number you get will be likely higher than the ppm of the soil, because all the build up from watering sits at the bottom.
ppm for their size should be between 250-350 ppm and run off ppm would probably read 500. Not sure if you will get those numbers if not giving nutes. See what you get when you water next time.

No usually dont get any run off. I water every 3-4 days but I am thinking today is nute day anyways. (When I use nutes: that’s when I get some run off. ) then I just use water when dry. I typically only give them nutrition once a week; I don’t think it will hurt it if I mix a batch today.

I feed 2-3x a week. I use less than recommended doses tho and space it out.

Yea same, about 2x not including the 1 day a week where I feed it the fox farm trio. I use the full dose of the 1TSP. In a gallon water sprayer. Mixing each one in with the water and stirring well before adding the next nute.
today 3tsp of grow big.
3tsp of big bloom
2tsp of sensi cal-mag

Its probably gonna take a whole month of consistent schedule to recover. Consistent schedule of 18/6 lighting, very weak nutrient feeds, less than half of recommended nutes , get stronger light but keep it 18in away. Hope its not a male, might be a hermie now. Just my opinion only, take it with a grain of sand. Happy growing
