Whats wrong with my babies?!?!

Alright, so I got these from a friend 5 days ago and they looked like this. I transplanted them into these pots right when I got them since they were in larger cups (not large enough!!). Are they just looking sickly from the lack of root space from the cups and will they start perking up from the transplant or is it something else? They are in Miracle Grow Potters mix right now. I have no idea how old they are either... I have a 24-8-16 fertilizer I was going to start giving them in a little while... What do you guys think? I know I should get something for flowering. Also right now they sit under four 4' 32w T8 6500k lights. I also just invested in a tent for them as well. As soon as flowering comes about I will have a 400w HPS for them too. Any who, any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

*Edit* Oops. I forgot to mention. They are on a 18-6 schedule now and they are Pot of Gold.

If you are using MG poting soil no nutes for at least a month maybe 2. Cut off your leafs that are more than 50 % yellow also. Good luck.

Where exactly should I cut the leaves off? Haha, sorry, I'm a newb at this. Should I prune the entire branch or just where the leaf comes off? Thanks!

Oh yeah, one more thing. They are definitely females. They weren't seedlings. They were clones. Also, any guess as to how old they might be? Thanks!

Any more input? I also just added 2 27w cfl's 6.5k but they are coming off a power strip on the floor. Its doing some good but does anyone have any ideas to use these more effectively, such as mounting, etc. Oh yeah, everything is going in a tent soon. Hooray!
