Whats wrong with my plants?

Could someone tell me what is happening with my 2 plants? The strain is red poison so they are soppose to be a bit red but i don't know if this pale green is normal for this strain or is there something wrong? And also something is happening to the tips of the leafs. Please help, i don't know how to help them.

Hey dude a lot more info would help... All in all the look pretty good,,, you do need more Perlite in that soil at least 40% but you can do that when you transplant them I would leave them alone for a week only give them water no nuits and only when the soil is dry they just babies... After they are a week old give them 1/4 strength nuits I use Peters 20/20/20 At 1/4 strength when they are seedlings then bump up to 1/2 tsp per gallon in veg... Hope this helps...

Thanks for your help, they are more than a week old (like 10 days) but they are Autofloweras so i won't be moving them any more. I water them only with water and alge sometimes

I would start feeding them a little nuts now like I said 1/4 strengths only till they are about 10 to 15 inches tall them bump up to 1/2 for veg... Those bottom leaves are gonna fall off anyways when the fan leaves start to develope and you'll start to see more leaves on each stem...

Also be careful you're soil can get compacted and they won't be able to breath and uptake nuits... I did 2 Autos in solo cups then transplanted them in 3 gallon pots I like starting out in small containers easier to control the nuits add pot up... But that's just me...
