What's wrong with my plants?!?

All my plants are loosing there lower leaves. One of them I think is just nitrogen deficency, and I just transfered them to bigger pots and started feeding them fox farm nutes. One of them has deformed growth and is turning weird colors and lower leaves are dying. I'm really worried for my ladies!! Here's a few pictures and you can check out my grow journal in my sig for more info. HELP PLEASE!

What is in the grow medium and what is the ph? Alot of growers assume it is a deficiency and add more nutes when the issue is lock out due to ph. Adding more or different nutes may just add to the problem. If they were mine the first thing I would try is a good flushing with properly ph'd water

What is that terrible soil? thats causing all the problems.Looks like old soil with the guts sucked out of it and i can see stringy stuff in there . Use full str nutes.

The stringy stuff is just coco fibers. I just mixed up the soil yesterday. It's 40% FFOF, 25% Perlite, 25% Coco Fiber, 10% Azomite. Yesterday I transplanted and gave them their first feeding(with FF nutes and PH'd water, PH at 6.5). I didnt check the runoff, I wish I had. So you think I should just flush with PH'd water? Also I just transplanted yesterday.
