whats wrong with my seedling?

i put my seedlings under 3 60 watt lightbulbs when the sun goes down...and my seedlings are perfectly healthy during the day but when i put a certain one under the lightbulbs it droops ALL the way down but when i take it out it shoots RIGHT back up? whats making it droop?...i mean its only 180 watts

What u put seed in soil or wool ?

i put it in potting soil with a little bit of sand and pearlite

might try indirect lighting!
