Whats wrong with this plant? (pics)

I have started my first grow and right now i am a little more then a week into it. I am growing 3 plants inside a box with 2 cfls and a flouresent grow light. Is it normal for my plants to look like this? I have a feeling that the problem might be the heat inside the box which can get up to the 90s but idk. I have 2 computer fans in the box, one for exhaust and one for intake but it still gets quite hot. Thanks to anyone who posts

overwatered.you can tell by the stems.they should not be red or pink.the stems are the plants veins for the leaves and if they are red or pink that indicates they are waterlogged.this causes a weak stem and a floppy plant because the stem is to heavy with water.you want the stems green and healthy.easy on the water untill you see the change in stem colour.i have done this before even though i was pre warned.
i learned from my mistake and seen the difference.(trust me).

IMO, I wouldn't be worried about anything at this point - they are still too young. They don't look that bad. But I would definitely get those temps down! Anything over 85 and growth slows drastically. Anything over 91 for too long - without proper c02 levels - your plants will die.

RIP, i think i just lost my 3 seedlings. i got the temp down but i think it was too little too late. I think it was the temp that killed them. I also changed from a 24 hour light cycle to a 18/7 cycle to get temps down. could a change in light kill my plants. they all look pretty similar to this.... but thanks for trying to help me guys i appreciate it
