When can I start "Training" my plant?

I have a few seeds that just got done germinating, so I planted them in a small cup until they sprout. But, I am in a limited space. So, I want to know, at what age could I start training the plant?

not age. size. and the answer is whenever you can. there are no rules to this. just make sure the plant can withstand the stress without falling or breaking

Do a little at a time but I start about the same time you'd start topping. I'd figure a good 5-6inches but I don't think it matters too much just don't break it or bend it too hard and rip the roots out.

nice, GL brother, If you wanna take a peak at my link below you can see one I started bending when It was quit young and it's pretty sweet. I topp'd one, fim'd another and am twisting this one around. So far the topped and fim'ed are huge now! my one Im lst'in is literally half the size in height.

I started at the 4 the node...now, I have over 20 tops...soon to be 30...its a pain to LST them all, but its fun, and well worth it's IMO..
