When to add nutes?

My seedling is nearly 2 weeks old and im courious when I should add my foxfarm grow big nutes.

And start at 1/4 to half strength imo

I added a few nutes to it since its two weeks old. My water had a PPM of 200 so I added 175ppm in nutes and 25 ppm in ph down. Thus, bringing it to a total of just below 400ppm and a 6.1 ph. I used foxfarms grow big hydro nutes.

that plant does not need nutes yet. make sure not to go any higher. it still has its own food leaves and they still look good.

Also, for hydro you're going to want a lower ph -- around 5.6-5.8. You should probably ready some of the basic information stickies on the site. Good luck!

I am concerned about the plant being so small when its two weeks old. My other plant is 4 times the size of it and was planted the same time but in dirt.

could be any number of factors, genetics being the first.
