Think back to maybe a tomatoe garden. Do you ever see tiny tomatoe plants with robust tomatoes? Nope. The plants must veg and build strong roots and stalks before producing the harvest you want. I suggest topping and tying them down, bending and moving the stalks around for an even canopy. Id wait another week to top.
Yeah I've seen those gardens where people have 100 8 inch plants in one tray flowering with just one top bud. You can definitely do it but I've really understood why. Imo you're far better off to let your plants do a proper veg. It's hard if it's your first grow because you're really wanting to get some bud but give them the proper time and make some clones then get a good harvest and about the time you're done smoking that you'll be harvesting your clones and have another fresh batch for smoking

STOP YELLING AT ME. Right now just focus on building a solid root system and leaves. You can't have a proper flower yield unless these the plant is mature enough and healthy.
Flip to flower when they are 12 to 18 inches tall is a great rule of thumb!

That's a TINY space. I had to google the metric system. That 2x2x3 in feet. You're going to have issues with height and probably heat? I'd make sure you'll be able to do whatever it is you think you're going to do.

To those saying let it run, think about the height, after flipping the plant can double or triple in size. So if you flip at 30cm (12inches), the plant will end up roughly between 60-90cm. The height of the grow area is only 80cm, so that's not going to work is it. There's pot height and distance from canopy to light to take into consideration too, The pot is probably 20cm high. To give an accurate idea of when to flip we need to know what light is being used and at what distance.
There are grow methods like sog or scrog that could of worked in that grow space. You can always super crop too.

It looks like you really went hog wild on the nutes. For a space like that should last a life time. It looks like you walked in to the hydro store and bought a whole package. And the picture looks like an advertisement! You should get a discount for promotion.

CFL can get fairly close if temps are good, so your looking at up to 5-15cm for light distance. Another 10cm for actual light fixture, Another 20cm(ish) for pot height. That leaves 35-45cm of space for the plant. So to be safe Id let them grow another a few sets of leaves then flip.
People with limited space can grow 12\12 from seed, like I said I dunno why people are insisting it has to go longer when you don't have the space. Yes, vegging longer would increase yield but you got to work with the setup you have.

Veg as ling or as short as you want. Shorter if you have less space longer if you have more space.
