when to fertilize???

im on wk 3 of my grow. im using bio bizz all mix soil. which contains nutes.when shud i use the bio bizz grow fertilizer. shud the plant give me a sign or shud i jus start when the veg phase starts????????

3 to 4 weeks then grad start to add nutes.bit by bit, start at half the dose on the bottle and grad go up to the rec dose.
i feed every 3 to 5 days.

I water every 3-4 days. Feed, water, water, feed. 1/2 the recommended dosage.

yes forgot to say every other water.
