When to flower??

I am 26 days into my first grow and I have 7 plants that are over 8inches tall and real bushy. I have always been told to flower once the nodes are no longer growing even at the stem. Once one grows higher than the opposite it demonstrates the plant has reached its maturity and ready to flower. Do you all agree or what makes you decide to flower your plants?

Alternating nodes is what your talking about.
You can flower anytime ya want to. Ya just have to make sure the plant is mature.(pre-flowers/alternating nodes)
Keep in mind that the longer ya veg the bigger the harvest.

flower once you feel your plant will yield you the bud you want. Remember to top her off for x2 the chron.

You are absolutely correct. Once your plant starts growing "Alternating Internodes" it is sexually mature and will give you the best weed that IT is capable of producing. Many people flower their plants b4 then, and I'm not saying you can't, or that you won't get good bud if you don't wait, but to answer your question, that's when the plant is mature and when you should flower it. It's a fact. Best of luck to you.
