if you are growing in soil, you should look into brewing teas and keeping it organic. You CAN use synthetic nutes, But it isn't the best choice for soil.
in soil, we feed the soil, the soil feeds the plant.
in soiless/hydro, we provide the nutes with synthetic fertilizers.

Wait at least until the cotyledon leaves die off. They've still got their own nutes stored up to get them through the first couple weeks.

It means I'd worry about the stretch before worrying about nutes. They do seem to be doing good but I'd bury those stems

I start giving nutrients 5 days after they pop out, but I give a very little quantity (the right amount gives a blue color to the water, this first fertilizing I give is really a light color: almost white) and that helps plants to get bigger in 2 weeks instead of 4 !
