I have a serious question.
Is there anywhere in the world (apart from declaring your own patch of anarchy where ever you like) where you can legally grow marijuana like a herb/rosesvegetable and prescribe it as medicine and research all of its characteristics and properties as a legitimate professional path with out any hassle from the govmint or neighbours?
A land where if you wanted to be a herbal/gardening/neuroshaman/healer/teacher/stoner person and be respected for your contributions, society would accept you?
If not, what country is closest to being pushed that way? Uruguay and the new federal proposition in the US sound like potential, anyone live in specific states or jurisdictions that are future thinking and MJ friendly?
