:wall: ive been reading up on growing for weeks i no all the info from germinising to feminising to harvest to makein hash with the harvest i just dont know where to start like i could make a deacent grow box wright now but is it big enough i could grow out side but it it worth it to wate till the snow stops and my #1 question is do u think its worth it to make two plants to last me beetween harvest cause ive head different things on that:?::wall::leaf:
 
sorry dude dont understand the question? make two plants to last between harvests? are you planning on growing inside or out? you mentioned growbox and also outdoors...? What you should do is build a growbox, get your lights and fans and filter and all the shit for it. Put it together. run it for a day or two and get a handle on the temps. Then Grow some herb

well the question if it wasnt clear sry i was baked is just that i dont know wat works better or all that so im reachin out to find the biger growers two sea wat to do and by beetween harvest i ment will it last me will i have two buy some two is two plants enough will the crop be enough to last me until the next harvest thnx again guys:fire:
 
It wouldnt last me... thats why you need to make a growbox big enough to grow like 8 plants in... You dont need as much room as you may think. for example, I use a homebox that is only 31.5 inches by 31.5 inches and 63 inches tall. In that tent, you can have 8 plants in 2 gallon containers and a fan on the floor. Each plant if veged for a month, yields me between 1-2.5 ounces. So, that lasts me between harvests with enough to give some to friends and fam. Whats your budget? how much can you spend?
 
well my current budjet is ...broke but i think i could spend like 50$ tops im hopin to just use suplies i got lien around if i used a small box for 1 plant would i still yeild about 1ounce per plant cause i think two plants could get me buy for a month or two if i really try
 
Yeah... you could build something... if you had a slightly larger budget I would reccomend buying a small homebox tent for 100 bucks and that works as the perfect small growroom... if you dont smoke that much 2 plants would probly do ya.. I like having extras in case one doesnt come out great, or in case there are more males than id like... I always end up with 7-9 ladies in my tent and harvest between 8-12 oz's from those 7-9 ladies.. I keep them small tho, between 1-3 feet tall. luck to you!
 
How much do you smoke in a month. Multiply that by 7. Thats AT LEAST how much weed you would need to grow to get you between harvests.

My last grow was outdoors. I ended up with around 30 females and got less than 2.5 lbs. It took 9 months.

If you half ass it, you will get half ass results, and if you learned anything from that grow, it will be that you would have wished you did it right from the get go.

Do more reading and watch lots of youtube videos.

You might want to start savin up my man, I was in the same place you were a few months back, been savin up and I just planted my babies 3 days ago.

At the very least (assuming you can build your own box, proper ventilation from comp fans laying around, your moms potting soil, and a few pots) you're going to be spending a hundred easily. You're going to need to get a light fixture (i built one myself from home depot for about 30 bucks including the lights)

I would also get at minimum a PH meter and a Thermometer/Hygrometer (not sure if I spelled that right, the one for humidity)

Take your time, do it right.

Doing a shitty grow for 8 weeks and being disappointed to the point of losing interest is going to be killer. Waiting and saving for a few weeks and getting some decent bud from your harvest is going to make it a better experience in general.

Yeah, go to homebox.net, or greners.com and they can hook you with a homebox or growlab(same thing..or even secret jardin) for like 100 bucks. Then go to HTGsupply.com and order a 400 watt HPS, small cabon filter and 6inch ductfan, that'll probly run you an additional 300 bucks... If you wanna do things right, Id say your looking at at least 500 bucks dude... with soil, nutes, containers, thermometer, small fan. etc. You could have a decent set up for 500 bucks
