where do you send your exhaust air?

where am i supposed to send the air that the exhaust fan blows out of the tent? at the moment i have my ductiong going out the window, but its not an ideal set-up. i know lots of people cut holes in their walls and send the air up through the attic or whatever but im not tryin to damage my house like that b/c im a renting college student.

P.S. it is only veg for now, but my plants look like shit, wondering if it might be the ventilation.

I am also a student growing in a rented apartment, I have a bamboo curtin on the open window. Then I built a box around the window and installed a 8in air vent and connected it to my intake fan. My exuast is rite on the outside of the door connected to a carbon filter, and in my hall where the carbon filter is there is a skylight vent that the hot air can escape, but the main purpose is just to keep the hot air away from the surroundings of ur tent.

if near a bathroom vent into the exhaust vent for the shower... or take apart a ceiling fixture and wammo
