Where should I begin?

Hi, I've posted before and I had a stupid idea to grow in a beaten down house. But I've finally had the time and space to setup a grow in my room.

I need some opinions on where I should start with the space I have.. pics will be at the end. I was thinking of putting two saw horses on each side of the closet and laying a board across it. then hanging my lights from the roof somehow. The biggest issue is I don't have any wood in my closet to work with. It is all dry wall and I don't know how I would divide my closet into a vegetation room and flowering room.

I don't really want to put mylar up on the walls, first of all because of the cost and second I've heard it's a pain at times and I'd like to avoid it if I could.
I plan to buy either a 250w or 400w hps light to hang in my flowering room and 2 t5's hanging in my vegetation room which will probably be 2 foot tubes. I want to have a place to keep my mother plant because I will be cloning.
I hope this will be a fun project to setup the closet and to grow too, it is my first time obviously and any input or help would be great.
One last question before pics. Don't mother plants get massive staying in veg forever? lol I don't know how I could accomodate space for a 6 foot plant in this closet.

It's about 7 feet high, and 8 - 9 wide, and depth is only about 1 1/2 to 2 feet.
Well I don't really have the ventilation thing sorted out, I have the central air system in my house, along with 3 fans in here, there is also a window I could keep open. My basement is relatively cold too but if heat became an issue I have an air conditioner I could setup in there. I don't know if I'll be able to paint it flat white because my mom doesn't care if I grow "hemp" but she would freak if I painted over what she did lol. I could always get some panda film or something maybe I dunno I wasn't concerned so much about that as to how I should divide it and setup my system.

no ideas out of anyone?

look for space blankits at your local flea market they come in 6' x4' sheets and I found them for a buck each as for hanging, a staple gun dose the job.
