Where to find cheap 400w light set with cool hood?

Curious if anyone knows where I can find a good Lighting package.

Looking for 400w HPS w/ ballast and cooling reflector. Cheapest Ive found is like $240 from HTG.

Another option is buying a pyrex bake round (or something like that) on ebay and making your own.
