Where to go from here - pruning/training

hello all! my plants are both doing well, thriving actually, to the point where is probably time to start training my plant. i know i should’ve been trying to bend it and flatten it beforehand, but to be honest i didn’t think they’d get this far. does anyone have any tips on how/where to prune/train at this point? they’re a month and half old.

I would fim them. That is pinching or cutting the very center of the top where the new growth is. Just pinch or cut about 80%of it off. There are several pictures and tutorials available on here and elsewhere that will give you a visual depiction. When filming you get at least two separate tops, like topping. But if you do it right you get four.

You can top side branches as well.

Its getting near to when you should think about moving them to bigger pots too. As always, good luck friend!
