Which Bulb for 600w Solis Tek?

I decided to go with the galaxy grow amp 1000 watt. the house I'm living in has had a lot plumbing and electricial problems so there's been too many workers here to set anything up yet. the space I will be growing in was on a 30 amp circuit but since the whole house is being rewired I'm having them add 2 more 20 amp circuits so I will have room to expand in the future. I should be up and running in a few weeks

I have a ipower I've used for a year.
To learn how to grow inside its a simple 170.00 set up.
Well I'm upgrading now I'm also upgrading my ballast and put ipower up for back up.
Okay can you run the oushio bulbs on a ipower ballast?.
I won't be getting my new ballast until next month I just ordered new reflector and this bulb.
But I don't want to hurt the bulb if it does not work.
I'm split between. Phantom and Galaxy 600 watt this is a big investment for me.
I'm more comfortable with phantoms warranty. But have seen great grows with galaxy.
Not so many with phantom I mean they work great just not many ppl posting use them.
So what's your all's advice?
Also does no one run the hortilux ballast I'm I missing something about it.
Does it only except the hortilux bulbs?
