Which one would get a higher yield?

ok so i plan on doing the dr.budgreengenes method in m 38"x38"x4 & 1/2' tall closet, with a seperate area for cloning with cfls,
plan on doing a perpetual SOG with 10 rows of 10 plants and harvest every week.
would it be better to get various CFL's like some do, and ive seen them get upwards of 1.8GPW or get a 400W HPS for flower which ive never seen anyone get much over .8GPW. more efficent would be the HID i know this but ive seen amazing things with CFL's much better GPW ratio than hps
