Which will yield more?

Which of these will yield more? A 2x2 8 bulb T5 high performance light or a 125 watt grow cfl?

the 8 bulb HO T-5

I would incorporate both.

I was thinkin about putting a 125 flowering cfl in there along with the 8 t5 fixture. What ya think?
