I topped my 6 week old mutant cheese plant, and a few days later it grew white hair close to where i cut it. Does this mean its a girl? Why did it show its sex in my veg room?
White hairs on 18/6 lighting!

Most likely a pre-flower. They can do this in veg mode, mostly In the axils.

aint pre flowers green? if its a little white hair its most likely a pistil/female. or your just confusing that little V every plant gets up there stems. look into autoflower plants it could be that...they flowering even in 24hrs of light

if u see hairs already it showing sex (pre-flowers) its suppose to show during veg. shes letting u kno that she is mature

One picture would really help!
So one can only conjure up what it is that you are looking at. A. Actual female hair, poss. some auto-flower going on. B. The beginning of new leaf
formation, this has fooled me several times into thinking that I had some real early flowering starting. Give some time, you'll know soon enough.

No they are white hairs just like when you bud the plant only diff was it happened in my veg room on 18/6. Also cheese is not an auto flowering plant, so please don't try to answer a question u don't know the answer to.
