White Rhino problem plant from start

Okay so my White Rhino (WR) has been my problem child from jump and no matter what I do she still wont flourish. The leaves keep drying and turing brown from the edges inward, I cut the leaf off when its completely dead and at one point had all green leaves but only for two days because the new leaves started doing the same thing. I vegged my girls (bought feminized seeds) under a T5 and now they are under a 600W HPS for flower and are in their 2nd week my other girls have been topped twice and are still almost twice the size of my White Rhino. Is it bad genetics? Any advice? I'm using FF Ocean Forest soil and nutes the other girls increase in size noticeably after a feeding the WR looks the same as it did 4 weeks into veg... I have included pictures. I've thought about deficiencies and the light being too close, I moved the light up, moved it from directly under the light, even put it back under the T5 still get crunchy leaves. I mist the leaves with a little FF Grow Big in water and that didnt help either.

Hahaha. All I saw was "Problem plant from the start" and "FF Ocean Forest" and figured I'd sit this one out. Fuck Fox Farms... ugh... glad I'm not using it. Almost everyone in the sick section has ffof... doesn't anyone else see this? It's like how volkswagen has the biggest active community on the internet of all cars and they don't realize it's because their cars break all the time and are too expensive for someone else to fix.

No idea what the problem is. Sorry for being such a dick.. lol. Someone here will surely be able to help you.

I doubt its the soil though, 4 plants doing just fine in it and I used FF with my last grow and had no problems
