White Spots. Help!

Hey,
This is my first time growing, I've chosen to grow northern lights as I heard its a good strain to begin with. Its been around 6 weeks that I've been growing it for, I am also growing it outdoors on my balcony.
2 days ago I transplanted my plant to a bigger pot ever since then my plant just wilts and droops but when I give it water in about half an hour it starts to stand up again. I also noticed these white spots and the tip of one of my leaves are browning. I'm using "yates" organic potting mix and these pellets containing blood and bone, fish meal and compost. My mate also gave me something called "Powerfeed" I mixed it with water and tried it a couple of times. I was just curious as to what these white spots are and why is my plant always drooping?

Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks.

look under you leafs... do you have mites? drag your finger across your leaf and see if you have brown streaks on your fingers

i place a white paper under the leaf and flick it with my finger.

Then what? I would use my microscope on them lol

i look for little moving specks. i have them so often, i'm a mitologist.......lol. i just treat for them automatically anymore. i have to store outdoor gardening gear in the same room i grow in. can't escape them.

Even if you don't have mites I bet you have mites... They are everywhere in your house.. on your couch.. in your bed.. on your weed. Everyday of our lives are spent with mites.

i think he got lost, or maybe its a long ways away looks like mites to me, some kinda bug problem at least.

Hey i just checked under the leaves, there was no brown streaks just black dots all over my fingers. I do see alot of pests flying around the plant.
If this problem is because of mites, how do i get rid of it? I heard using liquid seaweed as a foliar spray helps get rid of bugs, but Im not too sure.

Really sounds like mites! I use Azamax works great I use it to get rid of them and to also prevent them. [video=youtube_share;QDlhMlwfMLI]http://youtu.be/QDlhMlwfMLI[/video]
