Hey ladies and gentlemen two autos UK Cheese on the left super Skunk on the right. They are 35 days old, does this seem right for 35 days? The cheese started pre flower about 10 12 days ago the skunk started pre flowering 3 days ago. The cheese is getting purple stripes on the stock and some of the leave stems the skunk none. They are in roots organic emerald mountain have only been givin one does of nutes so far 1/4 tsp of GH Flora Micro, Bloom, Koolbloom, Budcandy. Getting yellowing leaves throughout the cheese and starting on lower part of skunk. These were the best pics I could take so they could be enlarged to see what's doin whither the leaves and stems. Classic Mag defiency and maybe a little Cal too. 1-2 tsp Epsom salts per gallon of RO water should get them back on the right track for mag. Will also help flush the roots

I was thinking ca-mag to but wasnt sure and didnt want to give the touchy bastards the wrong drink......but this is my first ever run with autos and it seems like a waste of time to me that cheese is suppose to be a 65 day strain....that fucker better get to some serious growin. Thanks man I appreciate the knowledge and the tip on Epsom salt didn't know that.

You think I should just go buy the gh cal mag supplement to take care of the calcium part also

You're welcome dude! Just remember try one fix at a time and give a minimum 3-4 days to see if what you did had the desired affect

Sorry about the bumbard of messages if I wasn't stoned I prob would have asked all them in the same thread...but like I said I just had a meeting with the girl scout cookies and I'm fried.....lol

It's all good man! Sounds damn good right about now! I have zero experience with General. Hydroponics CalMag so I can't say for sure. When mine were two weeks into veg I noticed the issue. Before I had fed them nutes. I supplemented with epsom salt twice. Once in a foilar spray and again in plain RO water. The problem was cleared up by the time I started my TechnaFlora nutrient regimen and haven't had trouble since.

I would just use the epsom salt and give them a few days to see. Then I would move forward with addressing the Cal issue if in fact it is still an issue at that point.

That's what I'll do then give them Epsom salt could I use the Epsom salt with distilled water it's like 10-15 ppm

I have always heard distiller water will murder your plants man! Your local grocery store may have a reverse osmosis water refill there. That's what I would recommend. PPM should be around 35-50. What have you been watering them with all along?

I believe Aquafina and Dasani water uses reverse osmosis. Depending on how much you need that May or may not be a viable route

Should be fine to add to that man. I doubt my RO is much lower than 50 ish. Water is hard as hell out in the sticks

Dude I live in the city our tape water is 350 ppm coming out of the tap...lol

Can I just add the Epson salts with my next feeding which will be in a day or two? Or should I just do straight Epson salts and water? That Roots Organics Emerald Mountain keeps the soil moist for about a week so I'm only watering once a week

I'm assuming so. If yes than supplement with epsom salt at next feeding.

The Flora bloom has 1.5% mag the koolbloom is 10 phosphate 10 potash NPK Budcandy I'm not sure I'm gunna look that up. After you mix your nutes what ppm do you try to go in at?
