wow... you are the first person i have met that is as "un-american" as i am.... i would love to get out... my wife has family in norway; considering a move sometime in life.... but i gotta experience cali first:mrgreen:
I have yet to experience Cali and I don't care if I ever do, but I can understand why you would want to visit. Look, don't get me wrong, this country have great places, great people; it's a beautiful country. I've traveled through America too...Yellowstone park is a place to see. but I hope that you get your chance to travel internationally because the world has a lot to offer. but where ever you go, there is something you won't like about it. you just have to decide what you can tolerate.

hope the visit to Cali works out and that you get to go asap.

If your an American citizen, please go vote. Doesn't matter if you fecking hate America, maybe American hates you too. Listen to this shit every four years. Bitch. Bitch. Bitch. Then no vote. Vote for who YOU feel can deliver what YOU prefer in life. Amazes the shit out of me how people are not only lead on by religion and politics in general, but how lemming like when it comes to media analyzed polls and peer pressure. Don't want the election stolen? Go fecking vote. As far as hating America, don't let the door hit you on the way out. See? You can express yourself, goodbye, the world awaits you. Finally, being a felon and not being able to vote, I do not agree with this law. If you served your time and now are out and doing the right thing, you should be able to vote.

Go grow, I was under the impression that you can now vote even if you had a felony. Everything needs to be a wrap tho you can't still be on parole or anything and you need to re-register. Not possitve.

neither candidate can deliver what I prefer so why would I or people who feel the same way take part in the voting process? Your asking me to be hypocritical...to myself for the most part. And as far as the religion and politics bit...I agree, it's absurd. My dad just called me and asked if I voted and I told him, "No, who did you vote for?" "McCain." "Why?" "I can't see got blessing a country that kills *large number* of unborn babies a year."

That's beyond my comprehension of stupidity and insanity. But according to you, is that fine or am I not understanding you correctly? He didn't vote for the man who would lead this country best, he voted based on God and he may not exist, he doesn't lead this country. Are you suggesting that people with that ridiculous mind setting should vote? I'd be pretty angry if people voted like that.

and as far as the election being stolen - If you know that the number of christian fundamentalists like my father out number you and people like yourself...would you even feel the need to bother?

I'm not voting for a candidate that I don't like, that happens to be both of them. and I think that voting for the candidate that you think can do the best job even if you don't like him is stupid.

I am not voting. I am against voting. It is just small drama to keep the masses occupied.
I think voting should be manditory. Everyone gets a ballot, if you don't vote you get a warrant and go to jail. Easy as that.
Now I might come off like a dick here, but it's not my intention-- I just have to say this right now.

1) Don't vote, you clearly lack decision making skills.

2) If everyone voted we would be really fucked because the majority of the population of the US doesn't know what the hell is good for them. Want to argue that? Look at the GW Bush presidencies. He fucked up for FOUR years, and the pathetically ignorant America said "what the hell... let's play Russian roulette again."

How many people have died because of it? Better yet everyone, how many people would still be alive if Bush were never president twice?

I think there is a perfectly good reason why a lot of people should NOT vote... Mainly because they wear their :dunce: cap too low, and it's blocking their vision.

Also, it might just be me- but I don't care what felons think, they can cast their ballot into the ocean. No offense but voting is a privilege, not a right

I won't be voting, because the concept of choosing between a giant douche, and a turd sandwich is just depressing. I also want no responsibility over choosing the next person to royally fuck our country up some more.

On that note, we queue the music... :hump:

so you grow weed right??? felony in most parts... i assume you prob. live somewhere where it is "legal" as long as you are legit, but the feds still see it as a felony... you just havent been caught, so in my eyes you are a felon or at least a possible felon... why should you have the right, im sorry, privelege to vote?? what makes you different? you honestly believe that a persons lack of judgement (at 17 none the less) for ONE DAY should be what that person is judged by for the rest of their lives?? im sorry, thats pure fucking ignorance.... Please.. explain, i would love to hear your logic behind it... or lack thereof...

Why does everyone think there are only two candidates running? There are others. Hey listen, I'm not trying to dictate what anyone does. My point is that the majority of people complain yet do nothing about it. Oh and by the way, your father is entitled to his opinion just as you are. Because you think a certain way doesn't make it THE way.

I voted, but not for Obama or McCain. Now let's smoke a bone.

1) Yes I grow... No doubt that could result in a felony - but as I said before, voting between giant douche and a turd sandwich is a depressing situation I want no part of anyhow.

2) I should and do have the privilege to vote because they can't prevent me from voting for doing something I haven't been convicted of yet.

3) At the age of 17 you should be capable of making logical decisions to protect your freedom, and livelihood. You make your own decisions in life, and you deal with the consequences. IF by some chance you weren't paying enough attention in school to know that you may lose the privilege to vote should you become a felon, then that is your fault. Why should I even have to explain myself? I didn't create the rules, I just support them.

Don't be bitter about not legally being able to vote... Like I said, you can still cast your ballot into the ocean... Country is going to shit anyways.

Just found some interesting shit on elections. Published in the recent NG we received in the mail.

In the last 154 worldwide elections, percentage of voter turnout.

99% Turkmenistan
60% Iran
73% Thailand
80% Iraq
95% Australia

Some countries make it mandatory to vote. Australia for example has a 20 fine.
Most Egyptians didn't vote in their last election, widely seen as corrupt
Americans are often seen as apathetic.

Holy shit, interesting.

im not bitter about it... honestly i wouldnt vote anyway... i just wanted to see where your high horse logic comes from.... i applaud you if you had your life together at such a tender young age... i on the other hand, had alot of shit to learn yet still, and dont see the logic in taking away "privileges" people havent even gotten yet.... wasnt old enough to buy cigs, vote, go to war, drink, or enter into contract; but i was old enough in the laws eyes to go to prison.... like a thought, you're in cali, where you dont have to fret too much about your personal grow, in my state however, ONE plant is punishable with 5-10years in prison, as a felon, so i fail to see the justification in "have been convicted of" as a viable difference between you and i.... i guess if i "hadnt been caught" i would have the same logic... but alas, i was; probably for the best.... i still fail to see the logical reason that says someone isnt old enough to make responsible decisions in the eyes of the law, but they are still held accountable for one mistake as a man that is responsible for his decisions.... its an oxymoron....
