dudeDoesn't sound good ,I think you may have lost them
It looks like they may be too wet and too warm...
You didn't need to put them under 24 hrs of light yet.
You should have let them pop out of their shell all the way while still in the paper towel....

I then put another cup on top to make a small humidity dome
I'll leave the cup on top until the three fingered leaves grow out,giving it a little spray of distilled water everyday till then.

Don't give up on your seeds just yet though,I would use just one light bulb on 12/12...but even that's not necessary until it pops out of the soil.Good Luck
