Why is it sprouting so weird???

Well all of my sprouts this grow and past have stated with two round leaves then grown another two and then took off, But oddly one seed of the same kind as the others started with three leaves and grew three more.

Whats up with this.. is it a mutation, or what?

A infinite number of different phenotypes are possible within even the same strain.
