dude, you need to start fresh, take down that tin foil, it just takes away from the clean environment you want. Go to your local hardware store for every supply for the lights. Fixture's, y-splitters, and some cfl bulbs. Go to you local garden store for pots, soil, perelite. 10-15-10 shultz plant food. That should be effiecent enough for vegging a couple small plants. If you want to actually grow, youll need to grow and flower with hps.

Problem #1 N00b, NEVER LET YOUR PLANTS!!! They grow so they can get closer to the light!!

what kind of advise is never let you plants. And yes typically plants grow towards light.

allright im gonna start over as soon as some more money comes in but im gonna let the one thats growing grow so it wont be a complete waste of time and effort. but i have a huge problem. LIGHTING i need to make something that can raise and lover an HPS light in a 4ft.Hx1ft.Lx14IN.W area like how em i gonna do it?
