Wife freaked out, 6 week flowering plant harvest

So one of our 6 plants wasn't looking very good. Very droopy and looking like it was wilting, the other 5 were fine. It's 6 weeks into flowering and my wife made me cut it down to dry it. She thought we might have had mildew issues and wanted me to get it out before it spread to others.

I cut it down, trimmed it up and the buts are hanging up and drying. I took the pot outside and popped the rootball out..... no mold.... no mildew.... it just needed water! lmao! the soil was bone dry. I didn't think it needed watering because it was much sooner than usual and none of the other needed watering.

Oh well, it's our first grow. So it was more of a learning experience than an actual attempt at getting a good yield.

Just remember to go by the weight of the pot ,drench the soil good and feel how heavy the pot is , keep feeling the weight also the plants will droop some when needing water you just have to get use to your plants needs

I have been doing fine with watering so far. If anything, I usually under water. The typical first time grower over waters lol. I had a lot of water issues through this grow though. I got soil that has moisture crystals in it and it really screwed things up lol. The weigh of the pot was still heavy enough for me to believe it didn't need watering. It's also smaller than the other, so I thought it would take just as long if not longer than the others to need a watering.

On a good note I just smoked some I started drying 2 days ago and it's pretty good at 5 1/2 weeks old lol. A branch broke off with a tiny nug, but not so tiny I was willing to throw it away. It's better than the stuff I am smoking now, lol.
