They're not calling weed dro assuming they know what they're talkin about they're likely refering to how it was grown. When my guy says he's got dro I know it was grown in hydro. Its a simple mistake tho. Hell either twista grows hydro exclusive or he calls bud dro. A lot of rappers and the like tend to use it I suppose...
