Will floating seeds sprout?

I have some cannabis seeds soaked overnight, and some of them did not sink even after I stirred them up.
Will they sprout?

In my previous extended experience with many other plant species floating seeds are dead.

But it might be different with MH, I hope, I planted them anyway.

id just leave em in.

ive left seeds for 48hours+ before and they eventually sprouted lol

No there most likely not mature seeds ( the floaters )

I do a 12-20hr soak and always have a few that don't sink. The floaters have sprouted just fine IME.
