That was a nice try on your part. It really was. However Congress was only supposed to raise an army after they had declared war. The navy and state militias were supposed to be sufficient, unless a war was declared.

I am not a slave, because I do not apologize for masters actions, like you do.

Discuss the Air Force in a historical constitutional context ? Why? The Free Market hadn't invented Airplanes yet.

No I find it odd that you say you answer questions, but when I constantly ask if you're okay with a white guy forcing a black guy to serve him against the black guys will, you run away with a drizzle of semi-liquid foul smelling fecal matter running down your leg without giving a direct response. They were part of Army at first, but lets us stay on the topic of you claiming that having a standing army is unconstitutional. Please show were we are not allowed a standing army. Should I wait or go watch my fishes

Okay I'll drop the smart ass approach and go back to the know it all approach.

I would say if you had a smidge of extrapolative logic you would have ALREADY stumbled on the answer. Since the constitution forbids involuntary servitude and also REQUIRES a vote whether to maintain funding for the army, it isn't a standing army. I think my original post said something about a "standing army". Now about that Air Force thing, you do know that air planes are a free market invention right?

I've caught waaay more fish than you today. They've really been biting lately.

The fact is you either would or would not be good with forcing a black guy to serve a white guy against his wishes on his own property. I wouldn't force him to, it's none of my business who he associates with and how he chooses to use his own body and property.

Can you point to anything , historical documents etc, to support your argument that it would be okay to force a black guy to serve a white guy against his will on the black guys property even?
