Hey everyone, I need some help. I live over here in Colorado and currently have 2 plants at 8 weeks into flower and 2 plants in veg. The humidity here usually stays between 35% - 45%. I invested in a humidifier for the Veg side of my room to raise the humidity up to about 60% but last night the thing flooded and caused the humidity in the veg room to go to 100% and somehow leaked into the flower room and raised it up to 70%.
I have no idea how long they were in that high of a humidity but my question is how long does it take for mold to start growing. I have since dropped the humidity back to 40% so it was in there less than 12 hours my guess around 4-5 hours since it takes time to raise.
Also would you notice bud rot right away or could it show up a few days after this mishap?
These girls are so close to being done, I would hate to lose them now to an accidental humidity raise.
Oh yeah forgot to add that the air has plenty of air circulation, 2 large fans for 2 plants.
