Will it ever flower?

I started some bagseeds, 4 sprouted, vegged 4 weeks, now they are just finished with 3rd week of flower. 3 are definitely female and starting to bud up nicely. Number 4 doesn't have any evidence of male or female flowers. It smells really skunky and has many Indica traits. Does anyone know if there is a strain that takes this long to show sex? Any thoughts greatly appreciated

I have had same problem before all i can say is give it has much time has it needs i have even had one plant that took 10 weeks.All that i can say that if you are 100% sure that it is female dont worry be patient and let nature take its course.All good things are worth the wait are these plants seeds or clones last thing that you want is a male.I tend to do seeds in a total different area from my girls cant be too careful i don't want pollen all over my females
