Will my ghetto super stealth grow plan work out?

I have a HUGE pc case, which I have tottaly sealed. The inside is already a good reflective metal so I havn't bothered with that, with a carbon filter and such to keep it tottaly hidden and smell proof.... The problem is i'm not sure if my plan will work. I have 62w of cfl inside, and I have 3 seedlings going. They were originally 1inch from the bulb at all times to reduce stretching, but since I put them in bigger containers, they are now 3 - 4 inches from the light, is this okay? Once they get bigger this won't be a problem... THATS MY FIRST QUESTION. Second question, will 62w be enough if i'm planning to grow the seedlings till they show sex, then discard males/crappy plants and have 1 or 2 main plants growing which I will then harvest or clone.. I'm just worried about enough light since I can't really add more.... Nutrients isn't a problem I'll just add it as needed.

Dude you won't have enough room for 3 plants unless there auto's and even then...

I know I won't, that's why i'm growing 3 just to tell sex, then discarding any males/crappy ones so I should only be left with 1 or 2 plants which is more manageable. I only started with 3 since there will probably be males and I wouldn't just want to grow 1 plant at a time, to find out it's male... will 62w be enough for now though? Once I get it dialed in it will be plenty for 1 or 2 plants im just not sure about all 3 up until sex is shown... any help?

i don't think one 62w bulb will be enough for three plants until they show sex. (could take 3-4 weeks).
i recommend just getting a four pack of 23 or 26 watt 6500K bulbs. or a dual spectrum 100+ watt bulb.
