Will raising my light and lowering intensity at this stage help stretch and space the nodes?

May have increased light intensity too early .

I'm 2 days into week 4 and I need some stretch to get some spacing between the nodes .

The light is now sitting a 45" above canopy and light intensity is roughly 16k lux

Will this help to get some stretch ?

Looks Indica dominant. You are going to have to veg and train a lot to hit that trellis. Keep in mind, the stretch people talk about usually happens starts about second week of flower. Some varieties can double in height in a two week period but usually the shorter and stouter the plant is in veg, the less of the stretch in flower so plan accordingly.

They look healthy. How is your branching? Does 2 days in week 4 mean 23 days? If so you're pretty much on track. Roots are filling the pots and then you'll get more vertical growth. I would keep them nice and stout then just plan a longer veg. Good luck

Lol. If them lights are that far and they have yet to stretch, more than likely they’re not going to stretch much. Well at least not in veg.

Lower the scrog. Lower the light.
The scrog is just in position but to be adjusted.the light was actually about 7-8 inches above the scrog initially I raised the light to try and get some stretching . But going by other posts yea I should lower it back down .

I have 3 crates to set the bags on and for drainage so I will probably reposition and let her do her thing

They don’t look bad at all. I’d just give them a couple weeks to grow out. That space you want between nodes will fall in place after they mature a little. Check up on your strains and see if you can find any info on their stretch. See if you can’t get an idea of what to do as far as training to keep them even at the canopy.
